The short version

We collect as little as possible, we don't run ads, we don't sell data, and children's personalization details exist only to make the experience magical.

What we collect, and where it lives

• Personalization details (a child's first name, age, town, a proud moment, a wish, a pet's name) are provided by the adult purchaser. They are stored in your browser on your device and, where needed to deliver the experience across devices, on secure infrastructure used solely to operate the portal. They are never used for marketing or shared with third parties.
• Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers. Stripe shares with us only what's needed to fulfill your order (e.g., confirmation of payment and your email for receipts and delivery).
• Letters to Santa are processed to generate Santa's reply within the experience and are not used for any other purpose.
• Support email: if you contact us, we keep the correspondence so we can help you.

Children

Christmas.cam is sold to adults. All personalization information about a child is provided by the purchasing adult, not collected from the child. The child-facing portal contains no advertising, no external links, no chat with strangers, and no prompts for personal information beyond the letter feature, which exists only to generate Santa's reply. Parents or guardians may request deletion of any stored personalization at any time via support.

Cookies & local storage

We use your browser's local storage to remember your Magic Key and personalization on your device. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Third-party services

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Google Fonts — typefaces are loaded from Google's servers, which receive standard web-request data (like your IP address) to serve the font files.
• Our hosting provider receives standard server logs (IP address, pages requested) needed to operate any website.

Your choices

You can clear the site's data from your browser at any time, and you can ask us to delete anything we hold. Email support and we'll take care of it.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update this page and its effective date.
