The 30-day happiness guarantee

If the magic didn't land — for any reason — email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no interrogation, no hard feelings. Christmas gifts should never come with fine-print anxiety.

How to request one

Email support with the name on the order (or the Magic Key from your Golden Ticket, e.g. SNOW-XXXX-XXXX). That's all we need.

What happens next

• Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
• The refunded Magic Key stops working once the refund is issued.
