What Christmas.cam is
Christmas.cam is a digital entertainment experience for families. A purchaser (an adult) buys a Magic Key that unlocks a personalized "North Pole portal" for a child: themed video scenes presented as North Pole cameras, a personalized Nice List certificate, elf status messages, a letter-to-Santa feature with an automated reply, and a printable Golden Ticket. It is a work of seasonal imagination and storytelling, sold as entertainment.
Purchases
- All purchases are one-time payments — no subscription, no auto-renewal.
- Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
- Prices are shown in U.S. dollars at checkout.
- Each Magic Key covers the number of children stated on its tier, and the portal remains available through January 6 of the season it was purchased for.
Your Magic Key
- A Magic Key is for personal, family use. Please don't resell keys or distribute them commercially.
- Keep your Golden Ticket safe — anyone with the key can open that child's portal.
- We may replace a key if it's lost; contact support.
Refunds
We offer a simple 30-day happiness guarantee — see our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt, copy, resell, or misuse the service, and don't submit unlawful or abusive content through the letter feature. We may decline or revoke service in cases of abuse or fraud (with a refund where appropriate).
The fine print with a wink
Our "live North Pole cameras" are rendered with 100% believable Christmas magic — grown-ups understand this is an entertainment experience built to create wonder for children. Christmas.cam is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any other Santa-related service.
No warranties & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your Magic Key.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
